REFUND POLICY :
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #XOX....along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

Please check your confirmation email after ordering to make sure you ordered the right size, model and the shipping address is correct. If all the information is exact, do not reply to us. If anything you would like to change about your order, let us know right away. After the order is in production, we will not take responsibility for customers' wrong input. In addition, order which is placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be cancelled or modified because our customer support will be out of office these days for weekend holiday, please understand!
